Sync Full SIM Information

Use Cases

For enterprise customers who need to retrieve information for all SIM cards under their account (as of 00:00 UTC on the current day).

Prerequisites

The caller must be an enterprise customer.

The request method must be GET.

Choose one of the following query parameter options:

Query by pagination: Use page_no (defaults to page 1).

Query by a specified list of SIMs: Use sim_ids (up to 100 IDs).

Query by shipping date range: Use shipped_after and shipped_before (shipped_before cannot be earlier than shipped_after). Also supports page_no.

Notes

The data returned by the API is as of 00:00 (UTC+0) on the day of the request, not real-time data. For example, a request made at 14:00 (UTC+0) on August 8th will return data as of 00:00 on August 8th.

If the current day's data is not yet ready, the API will automatically return the data from 00:00 of the previous day.

It is recommended to call this API after 12:00 (UTC+8) daily to ensure the current day's data has been generated.

When using sim_ids:

Duplicate SIM IDs will only be returned once in the results.

SIM IDs that do not exist or do not belong to the enterprise will not appear in the response.

Data for decommissioned devices will not be returned.

Business Rules

All returned data is based on 00:00 UTC daily and does not include changes made after 00:00 on that day.

The sim_ids parameter has priority. When sim_ids is specified, the API will only return records for those sim_ids.

The number of sim_ids in a request must be 100 or fewer.

If only shipped_after is provided without shipped_before, shipped_before defaults to 23:59:59 UTC+0 on the day the request is received by the server.

When shipped_after is included in the request, paginated data is sorted by the shipping time shipped_at in ascending order (from earliest to latest).

The pre_activated_status field is included in the response only when status is 10.

Only supports data queries for the sphere2 system.
